3. Self-custodial Lightning node for spending larger amounts and maintaining (potentially private/unannounced) channels with …
4. Custodial Lightning account for everyday spending and receiving. See this as a kind of top-up purse, which you use with rather limited amounts to not doxx your full Lightning liquidity as well as improving privacy when receiving. As custodians are well connected, this offers a good experience and lowers the hassle to maintain too many channels yourself.
Recommended tools: Sparrow Wallet, Joininbox, Zeus and Core Lightning for the self-custodial part. I like Blink, Wallet Of Satoshi and/or Alby for the custodial part, however: Use them with caution and only limited amounts.
