Of course, would recommend you self-hosting your own LNBits instance, too. And this extension hasn’t been merged upstream yet. So, probably best to wait for it to get merged to main.
If you’re feeling reckless, create a wallet at https://lnbits.fly.dev, enable the nostr nip-5 extension, add your domain, and follow instructions in the readme link above to configure your webserver.
thank you for sharing again! I had to go try it out to see how it worked. I'm really impressed the LNBits gives the json too. I was expecting it to be manual when I first set it up but then realized this is a complete solution. Well done!

Yep, if you have your own webserver:

You can also use Github to host your nostr.json file.
You'll make the .well-known in the root folder for your public website. If your hostinger site is using apache then .htaccess should work fine. It just needs to be in the same well-known folder as the nostr.json file.
