Throwback to when banks were honest in 1955 https://video.nostr.build/cdfdf827ad06f5dbcf913bc78020a133cfe94b0659ef831f1d487245d2996bcc.mov
I agree with you.
Saifedeen Ammous made some great arguments in this debate, and around 1:04:20 you see the Professor Walter Block’s true take.

“Maybe Israel is all wrong, maybe they’re unjust. But what do you wanna do now? They have much more power than you.”
The state control/narrative tactics Israel uses should be fairly easy for any Bitcoiner to see. They’re right out of the IMF textbook.
I was watching a video by #[0] where he's offering people on the streets of Amsterdam $10 worth of free Bitcoin...
You can see their immediate dismissal, their instinct is to quickly say no, keep walking, and not get scammed by the handsome man on the street offering them "scammer/criminal money".
It really does seem like regular people won't rethink Bitcoin's legitimacy until they really feel financial pain, and see more and more extreme examples of their Banks mismanaging their funds.
I'm really curious to see people's transition from being someone who has complete trust in their bank, to being convinced their money isn't safe in a bank and looking to Bitcoin as a good exit as opposed to bullets or canned food.
Will their perception of Bitcoin change from "scam" to the best working money in the world, with everyone practicing self-custody?
Or more realistically, will they gradually gravitate towards cleverly marketed lightning services with easily accessible and usable interfaces, not even knowing that it's Bitcoin behind the curtain?
I feel blessed to be alive and well while being able to witness the answers to these questions unfold.
Whether it's a gradual or sudden transition, there will likely be scary times ahead for our friends and family, and I hope we have patient and resourceful approaches to their panic in search for answers.
It's our time to shine and be beacons of positivity where everyone's seemingly losing hope.
Stay safe Nostr, PV!

Hey could someone find me that website that calculates and displays US national debt and breaks it down per citizen?
I can’t remember which Greg Foss podcast I saw it on, and Google definitely doesn’t let me find it no matter what I search 😂
I’ll zap 5000 sats to the first person that links it below ⚡️
