crazy you say that, i’ve been listening to things at 1.5x speed as of late, and things have gotten easier, instead of more difficult, which was really confusing to me

i guess it takes up more of my attention span and doesn’t allow my brain to have as many other thoughts while listening

GP recommended specific clinic, but i’m not sure where to go rly, can’t afford to pay for anything, so fully reliant on “free” healthcare

got a referral from my GP, which is really nice tho, she young and hip, like hue

my fren got diagnosed with both, and the first thing she said was “ohhh, this is why i only get along with you, and you’re my only fren”

and i was like “shid, it do be making sense”

99.99% sure i have adhd, but the biggest difficulty is getting an actual time booked at a clinic

they told me to keep on calling regularly, which is something nice to recommend to somebody with adhd 🤣🫠
