well ocean has a very small percentage in the global hashrate, the time in between blocks can be much bigger, they spent over 2 weeks without mining a single block but then mined 3 in the same day

CLN is the core lightning network implementation, im using GetAlby which apparently uses the LND implementation. BOLT 12 is an update for lightning but its currently only available on CLN and not LND
this is only for withdrawing on ocean via lightning, this has no effect on the block mining 🤔
