The lag also depends on how the client you’re using is handling data from relays. Whether it is efficient about it. There are multiple clients already for android. Worth trying a couple different ones.

You need a browser that supports it. Kiwi and Brave do on Android. I know there's one on iOS too but I don't remember its name.

There was a bug in v0.7.0 or v0.7.1 IRT storage on Android but it should be patched now. We also moved to a more secure storage mechanism.
