My experience is that skunks primarily feed on rodents, they will certainly capitalize on any eggs nested near or on the ground though. When the dogs catch them out and about at night those scent glands….whew!

Fair, mental illness is a sticky subject, and it is tragic when a temporary condition ends in a permanent solution. I do think that it’s possible for a person of sound mind to simply not want to continue living, and that person shouldn’t have to resort to private and illegal, possibly ineffective, or disastrously injurious methods to accomplish this. Personally when I’m elderly and losing effective management of my faculties I’d like to die peacefully and painlessly surrounded by loved ones at a place and time of my choosing, without a diagnoses and a hospital bed.

There aren’t actually ANY ways to legally end your life in the US. You don’t even own the one thing that should be intrinsically yours, your own life.

I’m probably holding myself back here with concerns, it wouldn’t be the first time…but here goes. If I make meat and dairy products, and if someone gets sick, from the products or not and claims my products made them sick, I don’t have the certified facility and licensing to help protect me from a devastating lawsuit. Cavalier is an option when you’re 20 and have nothing to lose, but I’d be taking risks with the farm and the well being of my family. It’s a lot of risk for a little profit.

I want to learn to make it out of raw milk at home. The only improvement I can think of would be to have the live active cultures there rather than a product pasteurized to meet industry regulatory requirements. I’d sell it too, but the regulations surrounding public food sales are ridiculous and seemingly designed to keep small scale producers out of the market.

I may be misunderstanding, but people of faith in dogmatic religion by definition are antonyms to the concept of a secular person. It seems to me that a secular person is one more in touch with the observable natural world as they are not viewing it through the lens of religious mythological legacy. Do you agree? Are you a person of faith?

You use this word secular in a few different contexts through posts. How can a person who fits the definition of secular only have speculation?
