Comment your favorite #android #nostr #client and why. Web apps ok to include if the experience is as good.
(Putting my preferences thoughts on a comment)
People can also lose a lot of money on chain fees by oversimplified advice like this. I recommend reading about lightning, chain fees, channel partners, etc before just jumping in. There was not the same financial risk from ineptitude from the custodial alby product.
If bitcoin pushes me closer to this cheese I'm out today 😂

haha the bubble vision coded
They are fast tracking a singular top down authoritarian plutocratic state controlling everything with 0 mechanisms for top accountability. They are building the actual deep state they claim to want to destroy. It's hilarious the mental gymnastics.
On an individual level, webassembly seems sweet. For the whole web I don't know.

Often NOSTR global feels like scrolling through an AirBNB's tacky decorations filled with text on fake barnwood and clay pots. Painfully unaware.
We’ve added lists to [Nos](https://nos.social/install) in version 1.1! You can create a list in another app like listr.lol and then view the feed for that list in Nos. Here’s the full set of changes in this version:
- Added lists to the app so you can see feeds from specific accounts you've added to the list. You can create your lists with listr and view their feeds from the Nos app.
- Nos now publishes the hashtags it finds in your note when you post. This means it works the way you’ve always expected it to work.
- Updated the default relays that are added when you create an account.
- Fixed display of Mastodon usernames
- Fixed crash related to tracking delete events.
Have a great day!
One day hoping for android version! Would love to support devs that are focused on the networks eclectic viability over pushing 1 interest and 1 ideology.
Today is a good day to relaunch what #Ross posted on Medium almost 4 years ago: a proposal for a new decentralized architecture for social media, a proposal that will appear quite familiar to all Nostr users. A truly remarkable document that could potentially serve as a roadmap for Nostr development.
Some of Ross's design goals have already been achieved by Nostr. Others still require further work. Some may not be well-received by the community or may be technically challenging to implement within the protocol.
I am skeptical about the role of advertisers being as central as Ross envisions. In his vision, advertisers are considered an essential pillar, alongside users, content servers, and interface providers.
Nonetheless, it’s something I recommend reading to everyone.
And the handmade diagrams are just so cute! <3

I would agree having advertisers be a central pillar is not probably necessary nor ideal. At most it might be good to have a pre-established path/integration for advertising that is user respecting and has some sort of incentive to be good.
#Olas update, this is how your profile looks like now. It’s so beautiful, I love the way the videos are formatted. I’ve never seen it anywhere, and it’s so damn cool.
Olas is shaping up to become such a premier client. I’m absolutely in awe of @PABLOF7z for creating something that is genuinely revolutionary on nostr. A needed client.
