Love this perspective. Consider my mind expanded this Monday evening.

I’ve been working on a project where I refer to “mental-emotional resilience” as a key indicator of mental health. It didn’t feel right, so today I changed it to endurance. Not sure about that either.

I love the idea of striving for something greater than merely “getting through” hard shit, I.e. displaying resilience, and instead repurposing the experience to create something productive/sustainable, I.e. anti-fragile (whatever that means in context of said “hard shit”)
