Germany has excellent laws which work in practice to maximize freedom while simultaneously severely punishing exploitation.

Nature turns children into adults through a process called puberty. That usually ends around 14 years of age. The vast majority of 15-19 year olds are adults.

but if you're asexual you have literally never experienced it. You have no idea why a 16 year old would want to make love to a sexual partner. If you're asexual all sex must seem like weird abuse.
