I spent 2.5 hours with customer service and then gathering documents and blacking out private information because my bank won’t unlock my account. They haven’t given a single reason why my account is locked. Instead of suing, I’m buying more #bitcoin. Seriously FUCK THE BANKS
Buying #nfts with #lightning is awesome. No weird contracts prompting me from 10 different windows, I can send USD instead of precious corn, and all the seller knows about me is one taproot address. Risk profile for your wallet and other NFTs is near zero. This is the user experience eth has been missing and is literally incapable of.
#ordinals collections are a lot easier to “fake”, you definitely have to do your research to see which are the numbers in the artist’s true release, since there are no checks via something like opensea currently. I’m holding back on buying copycat projects (unless cc0) since I think burning OG NFTs from other chains will become more popular and people will want some demonstration of provenance. However, super low ordinal numbers that are copycats may not require that provenance and be desirable just by sake of being early (eg their own thing)
