I'm thinking of using a standing desk for half the working day. I read it's not good to stand all day either.
Does anyone have any experience of using a standing desk? I sit at my desk to work, tend to have poor posture and suffer from upper back pain. I’m wondering if a standing desk would help? #asknostr
