I think you can put that with No.2. Cheaper the better. Cheaper requires flexibility and negotiation. Hard problem. But a serious edge.
No.1 is not easy to achieve and it requires more deeper thinking.
If I am bullish Luxor as an investor, I will like them to acquire more cheap miners, cheap energy, and cheap bitcoin. Not an NFT project 🤗
I think a good mining company has three edges:
1. Ability to hold Bitcoin for long-term
2. Ability to acquire cheap energy
3. Ability to acquire cheap miners
