I had the privilege today as the executive director of the Michigan Bitcoin Trade Council to testify in front of the Economic Competitiveness Committee in Lansing about Bitcoin, what it is, and the importance of education and bringing innovation to Michigan.
Without a company, CEO, or figure head, we the people have to advocate for Bitcoin, sound money practices, and hope for a better future free of government monetary printing that inflates our cost of living.
This was a lot of fun last night to be on.
It's difficult to not get too far into the weeds and keep people engaged and interested in wanting to learn about Bitcoin, but they seemed to actually be into it!
