So we finally got one rain in the #Keystone State last night. Not bad after about 18 days of rain free, sun filled days.

Yesterday was one of those boring, yet productive Mondays. I'd actually be ok with having one of those boring yet productive Tuesdays. Just saying.

Yesterday's run only ended up being a 6k. It was a bit too humid for the pooch and I.

Today's goal is a 45 minute run at casual pace. Maybe a little more if the pooch is up to it. We'll see.

I would recommend the below listen for an interesting view on things #Bitcoin .

If your anything like me, the clicking sound (like he was flipping the lid of a Zippo lighter) might drive you crazy.
