Leeds band, fronted by women, that wrote great slightly off kilter pop songs and had a not very traditional sounding punk singer, sounds like she should be singing ..folk or something? I bought that giant 11 LP box set or whatever and....Prince rolls over in his grave, but I think his record company was right not to release the 3LP Crystal Ball. I think this is a perfect 2 records. (The 1999 box set I think had much better unheard treasures). I can't believe he had "I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man" in his pocket since 1979 wtf that song rules.
