A person income, should not depend in the country where that person is. The work does not change if it is made in Japan or Portugal. If the work is the same, then the cost must be the same.
Currency exchange is probably one of the biggest problems on earth. It is guilty for major inequality on quality of life between countries and keeps the countries with less valuable currency hostages.

Tokenization of assets and fraction have nothing to do with Bitcoin imo. Tokenization is just a way to digitally increase the efficiency of ownership of the asset, the value will be in Bitcoin. Tokens do not have intrinsic value, just digital information.
