Since your online identity is valuable and tied to your nsec and given the fact that many clients have potential access to them, it is almost guaranteed that your nsec will be leaked at some point.

Hardware signing devices are too cumbersome though so we need some mechanism to switch to a new nsec when the old one gets eventually compromised.

Are there already solutions being worked on that I am not aware of?

Thanks! :) How are you storing your private keys btw? It seems to me that just using the app generated one might become a security risk going forward if I invest a lot of time to build my network here.
