I wish I knew more about relays to make a good suggestion, but when my feed is slow I literally do searches for various hashtags and always end up finding interesting people or conversations. I will check out Nostr.wine based on the first reply to your post.

I think I'm ready to fully commit to Nostr. After seeing nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m talk at Atlantis 2024, I feel more convicted to use Nostr. Time to drop X, Threads, and Mastodon and be part of open protocol that enables global, decentralized, and censorship-resistant social media.

You can connect various wallets to your nostr account.
There's also a (new) way to turn an npub directly into a wallet but I don't know how to do that yet. I'm sure we'll hear more about it in the Coming weeks.
