Sometimes it feels like communities and the world is utterly broken. No one talks to each other too busy caught up in their own lives to pick up the phone or visit. I am guilty of this myself and is something I strive to fix everyday.

I’m thankful for the Bitcoin community because it’s a bright ray of sunshine in an otherwise bleak world. I don’t know any Bitcoiners who are not actively trying to make themselves better people and making the communities they live in better for everyone else. In Egypt, McDonalds sells falafel.

And they indeed call it McFalafel.

It’s amazing to me that the world is still obsessed with low fat diets. So many products cut out the natural fat, and what remains is just a sugar fest.

Fly on an long distant flight- constantly offered breads, juices, fat free yogurts, etc. Sugar bomb after sugar bomb. I usually fast on planes.

At a breakfast buffet right now. Eggs fried in seed oil. The butter packets are mixed with seed oil. Juices and fruits everywhere. Coffee machines whose only milk option is fat free skim milk. The main area is waffles and syrup. The child at the table next to me has a breakfast plate with chocolate-covered waffles, french fries, and juice- just layers of carbs and sugar. One has to dig into the corners of the room to find the meat and boiled eggs and such.

The biggest #Bitcoin  hard fork has around 0.5% of the market cap of the main #Bitcoin  network.

But #Bitcoin  Cash is the future. LOL
