The Game Was Rigged From The Start
"However, not everyone can afford to “opt out of the update”, to log off into neo-luddism. But there are other ways to win a broken, unplayable game: through tactical hypertrophy. Hacking, cheating, piracy, bootleg mods and gaming the algorithm. Creating informal networks within and between games. Better still to create your own encrypted protocol, distributed throughout the nodes of the technetronic control grid, to only tangentially participate in the various virtual-worlds, to engage tactically with game mechanics that you can bend to your will. Make a game of creating your own language, codes and cosmography. Wherever you are forced to interface with their virtual environment, think about how you can take it apart."

Kids, you could secure perfect money with that!
Away with kids for a few days. I sound like I live in another planet as I point out the insanity around us; toxic food and murderous debt. I say it seriously but with a humorous edge. I just hope that when they reach the entrance of reason and reflection they’ll think “dad wasn’t really a nutcase, he escaped the matrix”. But in real truth I have always been like this, the structures around me have always felt unnecessarily rigid and violent. Through my teens, especially through my 20s, discovering Bitcoin in my 30, and now in my mid 40s I can see a world, in its infancy that I have longed for and searched incessantly because I knew it existed. Big things ahead “I can feel it in my plums”

Current mood ₿:
Our woodland will soon look like this again
Full of bluebells, sun, but also shivelight and shadowtackle
Fast changing shafts of sunlight piercing or filtering through foliage and the canopy of a wood
Gerard Manley Hopkins in 1888
