Fair question. I run anywhere from .7 to 1 th/s. It’s a hobby for me, I do it because I enjoy interacting with and supporting the network. I could throw my hash to ckpool, maybe hit the lottery, which would be awesome…..but unlikely. But with Ocean, I can participate in the pool. It’s a great community that teaches me a lot about the guts of mining. Every time Ocean mine a block it shows that mining is for everyone, and I enjoy contributing to that. That’s kinda why I do it.

I don’t have much hash power to give, but what little I have, I give to Ocean.

I spent a few hours outside with the dog yesterday. She’s a 10-year Staffordshire Bull Terrier, sweetest dog ever. Starting to slow down a bit, but once it snows, her energy level 10Xes!

I’ve been a subscriber to “The New Criterion” for some 20 years now. Almost without exception each monthly edition has at least one word that forces me to consult a dictionary - and more frequently now, my phone. This month’s word was used to describe a writer’s work as “ensorcelling.”

I suppose if I really sat and thought about it I might have more or less figured it out. “Bewitching or enchanting.”

“Ensorceler” in French. Just missed it.

There might be just an age limit for learning new SAT words.

I've been throwing a bunch sats around through different LN and eCash wallets. I still have a soft spot for cashu.me. Use it once or twice and it becomes very intuitive.

100% I think the Gen Z’s will move in that direction. The other benefit is by the time you’re 50, kids are well on their way in their lives. I see a lot of gray hairs pushing strollers or pulling toddlers around, and they aren’t grandparents.
