#Bitcoin made me a freedom maxi. Wannabe Nostr meme pioneer. #plebchain

The implications are:

1) I worry I am overestimating what Bitcoin will accomplish (or the timeframe it will accomplish it in).

2) I continue to zealously stack sats like a good psychopath.

3) I want to evangelize this cause because I truly believe it will radically change the world in the not-too-distant future.

Thoughts?

It would make my week to be made even more bullish. I still doubt it’s even possible, but would love to be proven wrong. Maybe I should listen to more Luke Broyles…!

I literally cannot fathom how I could be more bullish. I expect Bitcoin to be the global reserve currency and the primary unit of account within my lifetime.

Please advise. I would love to be even more bullish!

Advice to all Nostriches: print out a hard copy of whatever silly note has currently earned you the most sats via a single zap.

One day when your grandkids ask about it, you can tell them you earned x amount of sats for shitposting it, and they’ll be so outraged that you could have earned such a ridiculous amount of money for doing something so simple.

It’s intergenerational trolling gold.

Ahhh apologies, I meant it more as a colloquialism than a statement on age

Cory Klippsten is the CEO of Swan Bitcoin and he’s been outspoken about many dodgy crypto projects. In doing so he helped many people avoid getting rekt

Young Cory 😉 I suppose saving people from shitcoins is the just the other side of fostering Bitcoin adoption - keep doing Satoshi’s work 🙏

If you aren’t already, I highly recommend following #[0]

Incredibly thought-provoking and eloquent #Bitcoin content. This guy gets it 🧡

Bitcoiners shall not acknowledge “crypto”

No, I don’t think Bitcoin will ever stop appreciating against consumer goods. Bitcoin is scarce; potential for production is not.

(I know this is purely semantic, but…) I prefer to think of it as the consumer basket becoming cheaper in Bitcoin terms: endless deflation as a result of technological innovation leading to increasing prosperity, à la #[5]

I respectfully disagree, sir - it will only be undervalued until it is the global unit of account, which I genuinely believe will be within my lifetime.

Couldn’t help myself, please excuse this 😂

Looking forward to upending the corrupt global financial system with you, sir ⚡️🤙

Why in the world haven’t the SEC been more proactive in clamping down on the rest of “crypto”, which is clearly just a bunch of unregistered securities operating right in front of the SEC with no consequences…?

It’s a peculiar situation to feel compelled to keep mining fiat for as long as the price stays low. If the price skyrockets, it’s a major relief because the pressure to take advantage of the cheap sats is removed!

Exactly what I was going to say. ☝️

Honestly, if they aren’t already, that’s a major indication of just how incompetent governments are.

Practically speaking, they have unlimited budget and no accountability for their spending, so what possible reason could they have for not hedging the risk of Bitcoin winning the currency competition by stacking using printed dollars?

Why are you not prepared to let it drop that low? Genuinely curious - my low-time preference self has convinced me that it is in my best interest to stack at the lowest prices possible for a few more years before the rest of the world catches on!

Imagine that - a more-than-double pay rise at the fiat mines 🤑🧡

I’ve started to believe that at this point in the adoption cycle, (on a selfish level) a true maxi would prefer the price to drop rather than rise. What do you think, Tony?
