I haven't used that one before, checking it out now

What nostr web client are you using these days?

Anyone else having issues with the Wallet of Satoshi LN channel?

Naturally occurring high fees due to an increase in financial transactions is one thing, but purposefully driving up fees to promote your shitcoinery and pump your bag of jpegs is another thing. I no longer want anything to do with Bitcoin Magazine or David Bailey.

100% and anyone who promotes them are just shitcoin hypemen looking to make a quick buck off of other people's poor choices

Wtf

Looks like that address has been in use since 2012 and last used in July of 2022.

Still trying to understand this myself. Is it really a widespread concern for coinjoins or just with Samourai?

Looks like fees are starting to come back down a bit. They were up to about 400 sat/vb on average this morning. Hopefully the ordinals craze is once again dying down.

We had the blocksize war and now we're entering into the period of the allowed-transactions war 😞

What are your thoughts one this? I'm not really a fan of ordinals and I think anything that promotes Bitcoin's primary objective (to be the world's best store of value and money) over all other non-monetary use cases is a good thing.

My only concern is the slippery slope of it all. Is there any way that this same mechanism could be used in the future to prevent legitimate financial bitcoin transactions?

I bought Wendy's with sats yesterday

1) Android auto doesn't work

2) The camera and gallery app isn't as good (coming from a Samsung S22 Ultra)

3) The maps app that I used as a replacement for Google Maps isn't that great (Magic Earth)

4) All my contacts on my SIM card or stored with Google are inaccessible. Which means I had to manually enter in all my contacts which are saved on the phone. So if I lose the phone, all my contacts will also be lost.

5) Some apps don't work 100% if Google Play Services aren't installed

I moved to GrapheneOS like 2 weeks ago. There are some small things I miss and little connivences that I'm giving up, but I guess that's the price of privacy

I've never seen something like this before. How is it showing a negative balance?

Thanks, I got a new Pixel phone and installed graphene on it. I'm 2 days in and there are a few small things that I miss, but so far it's worth it to have better control over my data and privacy.

What are your thoughts on GrapheneOS? Can I use the normal app store or is there a GrapheneOS specific app store? Is it easy to back out if you want to go back to the default Android? Any other gotchas to be aware of?
