Here there is only two sizes, Individual with 4 slices and Big with 8 slices.

I paid $7.50 for a personal six cheese + coca cola at Papa John's

$12 for the other one but it was a special offer for the pizza week, normal price in that restaurant with good ingredients is more like $14
