Hey I’m Leslie!
I love all things health and nutrition. And am currently working for nostr:npub1a00wj229auzjswlq4s77y4u8eqdx5k9ppatgl8rtv8va65f6mwksum9q3h
I’ll be sharing random clips of my life, thoughts on nutrition, recipes and what else I feel like

Welcome!!
that’s an instant follow, mate
oh too bad- the search continues
brilliant. A perfect solution. Thank you for all your efforts
I think he sees it as a raw asset like gold, just with way better return and qualities, and remember it’s not in his private wallet-he’s accountable to others. For those reasons, he doesn’t scare me because he’ll be forced to just sell on the market if his plan fails. I don’t see the fear as being the percentage of the total bitcoin that companies/orgs/govs have but rather what they have compared to the average person. That’s the scarier ratio for each of us to personally be concerned with. Start stacking!
reposting this blurb from one of my replies to #asknostr because I’m curious about any thoughts on key security or updates in key management to help avoid loss/theft of nostr keys. I feel like nostr needs a signing device that can generate your key offline, airgapped and hold the keys and sign events only onboard like a bitcoin HW. I think it’s that important. This is probably where someone tells me this already exists! There’s https://nostrtool.com developed by nostr:npub1tv8gmfhalwnxxquxjzeh6gtdsdz6vg7vx0s3rt7s7uuw6aujh32qn77wn2 of the seedsigner project, which lets you create a #nostr key offline from a standard seed phrase, so the software already exists. Perhaps this could just be added to the seedsigner interface in the future?? That would be amazing. Anyway:
“The one fear I have is the single point of failure in the nsec key, and what happens if someone gets a hold of yours. Is there a permissionless 2FA that can be introduced to the login process? I saw Damus has the ability to sign some kind of termination event on your account if, say, someone started rogue posting with your stolen key, but I don’t know how the relays handle this or if other clients would still let them post as you. Someone could decrypt all your DMs with your key, etc. I suppose signing apps are one answer, where you only import your nsec key once, then use that app to sign an event that proves it’s you in order to log into other apps, but this key slinging is a bit scary, and should be treated with the same seriousness as guarding a seed phrase to a cold wallet. More is needed here to protect nostriches from key loss/theft.”
GFY could also mean “Good For You” just sayin #gm
seconding that Damus makes this dead simple
Also interesting. I’ll have to research that too. For a paper currency to work, the value of the note must lie in the authenticity of the very note you’re holding, rather than any information on it that can be copied, so a paper qr or something doesn’t fit the description.
That’s why every sat-stacking ape is a hero right now, because we are all diminishing the possibility of that future, or at least creating a resistance, by hodling as much as possible for as long as possible. But we’re such a small group of people compared to the nocoiners out there. Listen, I enjoy imagining a utopian bitcoin future with rolling green hills and unimaginably tall buildings as much as the next pleb, but in my heart, I feel certain that the rich are figuring this all out right now, and will hoard the bitcoin any way they can to keep the nocoiners as their slaves in the future. One way to do this is with notes like above, like they could just overprint. I just read online that the SEC is going to open up an option for ETF holders to withdraw their bitcoin to their own wallets, which would put down a lot of FUD about the ETFs trying to do this and run off with all the coin. Hopefully that is not a taxable event.

Yes, most of the people didn't wake up yet. So, keep stacking 💎
2025 will be legendary. To the moon 🚀 🌚

he recently said his buys don’t move the market because he uses coinbase’s sly way of siphoning off huge piles of bitcoin over a time period, then handing them over out the back door out of sight. It’s supposedly a common practice among ballers with this kind of money to spend. Maybe this is proof for the doubters that he’s being honest about that one point?
the paper bitcoin I’m talking about would be bills like below (replace gold with bitcoin) and would be passed around anonymously by the plebs in the pubs after work in the fiat mine like our current dollar is. ETF is not for plebs
