Yes, I hate going to the hardware store. Every time I don't know exactly what I am looking for I dread asking for help because the younger guys that work their will get condescending and the old timers will just look at me with disappointment and thinly veiled contempt.

Fine is fine. Life is more than just the "It's so over," versus the "We're so back," dichotomy. It's okay to simply be content with life. Right now I have a warm cup of coffee, a very fat kitty sitting on my lap, and an entire internet worth of cat videos.
