I don't think it will be that bad. I cut my fire break early in the spring, and I have a few hundred gallons of water stocked in the watershed if I need to put out spot fires from wind blown embers. The hurricane is too far south to directly contribute to the fires, but it is kind of sucking in a high pressure system from the north so we are getting some light winds.

More of a just in case kind of thing.

I already have to drive half an hour each way to go to my current church. The next closest one is an hour and a half away. My choices locally are Seventh Day Adventists, but considering I am Catholic and had to put up with this specific 7th Day church leaving fliers on our doorstep and calling my family the servants of satan since Childhood I am going to pass. I can go to the Episcopalians church, but they now have fag flags flying year round. I can go to one of the generic non-dom Christian churches, but they literally bus homeless, crazies, and drug addicts from the big city into town and feed them until they establish camps and start breaking shit, stealing everything they can, and shooting up in public.

Orthodox isn't even an option unless I am going to drive five hours every single week.

My parish just got a new priest straight out of Nigeria and it's 😩

I honestly don't know if I can put up with this for however many years it takes for him to be transferred to a new position. My options are drive an hour further away or find a new denomination.

You really should. Also a lot of Indian restaurants put it in the appetizer portion of their menu. Don't order anything else, it is filling enough on it's own.
