Today was my first day back at the gym in a couple of years. I was really good about working out at home for a while. Then changes to my life-schedule got in the way. Then we rearranged our house and lost the workout area. 🤷‍♂️

I’m stoked to be back at it. It’s something I really need right now. 💪🧠

My sons and watched the season finale of a new show called “To Be Hero X” and I’m still thinking about it. It was visually stunning and layered enough to keep us guessing all season—right down to the finale’s end credits. SO good! I can’t say I’m loving the new iOS 26 Liquid look. I mean, I do think it *looks* cool but so much of the UI is now way too hard to read. Significant step backwards in terms of accessibility.

So, last week I *finally* decided to try going 100% gluten-free. And I feel pretty amazing.

Having digestive issues almost my entire adult life, I’ve cut out so many different “trigger” foods over the years. But I had never fully cut gluten—I like bread too much. So, this is a little bittersweet. 🥲

My long-term desire for a long and healthy life is often thwarted by my short-term desires for doughnuts and pizza.

I only caught a glimpse of Apple’s WWDC keynote today but from what I saw, the new unified OS looks are pretty darn slick. But oh, how I long for Apple Mail to just attach file to email messages, like every other sane email client on the planet. Seriously. What’s with the inline attachments?!?

And just like that, due to a faulty fire alarm system at the office, I’m working from home again. I’ve been told it might be anywhere from a few days to months. 😳

I have mixed feelings about it. It’ll be nice to be home but it took a while to get used to being back at the office. Now I prefer it.

Ah, finally starting nine days of staycation. ☺️

Work has been busy, so I have been looking forward to this for a while.
