They look ok with a pencil, and I guess the genes are decent because I didn’t quite melt by 42 like is implied happens in some of the circles I grew up in. And there’s nothing more villainous in a woman than telling the truth of her circumstances or having a well researched and/or fleshed out opinion.
But honestly, as a woman, not being able to afford top care of yourself (even when younger and your parents couldn’t) feels like violence
Things like this used to really bother me, but now I worry about important things and just get over it. I’d rather invest in my future than any of those beauty tricks. No botox, no filler, none of it
My eyebrows are pretty bad, but I don’t have the petty cash to fix them, so we’ll continue to use a pencil and forget about it 😆
When it all goes down, I want you to remember that these men and women had the opportunity to create an equitable world many times over. They had the opportunity to bless, and they (over and over again) chose petty selfishness. And that was their test. Yours is to ignore them.

Queer people exist whether you like it or not or understand it or not or approve of it or not. They have just as much right to health and happiness and a harassment free day as you do. Cry about it.
