Wow, nicht schlecht! Als ich angefangen habe, bin ich 1-2 Woche gegangen und auch nur Brust. Nach ca. einem halben Jahr hat sich sehr viel beim Oberkörper getan. Mich haben viele Freunde und Freundinnen darauf angesprochen.
Ist der perfekte Sport, um fast den gesamten Körper zu trainieren.
Inzwischen gehe ich 3 mal die Woche und eben 50-50 Brust-Kraul.
Kann empfehlen Kraulen langsam einfließen zu lassen. Also anfangs 1 von 10 Bahnen Kraulen, dann 2, dann 3 … Man muss die Technik erst richtig lernen, dann ist es auch nicht mehr so anstrengend.
