This was trickier than I thought, but it now melts!

If anyone wants to give it a try (on testnet, don't be reckless!), I'd be grateful, it needs another pair of eyes.

Added accounting (for hedging), proper melting (with checking if the exchange rate did not change).

Next up: MPP, this should support multinut payments - pay most with CZK shitcoins, but if you are short a few sats, pay the rest with sats, right?

You can use any shitcoin that has exchange rate on coingecko for now.
