I have spent the past year silently working on a #journal

To help people overcome #procrastination and defeat #self-sabotage to achieve their #goal

The 100-Day Goal Daily Planner.

I was frustrated.

Starting things, not finishing.

Distracted by shiny objects.

My own worst enemy.

So I created to-do lists.

And over the years they got more sophisticated.

Until the system worked.

For me at least.

This #book is in itself proof of concept.

Now, I need more people to try it.

Test it, break it.

Give me feedback on what they like and what they’d like to see changed.
