I wonder if autistic folks’ tendencies toward poor interoception might give the impression of a higher level of aphantasia, even if the capacity for clear visuals would otherwise be there… like having a 4k television with spotty reception.
I watch the particles in my coffee cup separate after vigorously stirring them into a swirling cosmic oneness. The universe is happy to remind me of my foolishness.
