Journalists in Suriname are afraid to write anything negative about government, because they get locked up by the President, how can Nostr solve that?
Pretty much, but though I can write ‘fuck’ or am free to share whatever I want, can I really? Do I have the freedom to be a whistleblower on Nostr? Not really, there are still real life consequences to whatever you post. But it does give me piece of mind that if I ever have to share information while under threat of life, that I can, knowing it can’t be censored after my death. 😊
