People transition and play sports. Provide me evidence that someone transitioned in order to gain an advantage to play a sport. It’s inconceivable.
I can say its possible there could be a disadvantage at place without attacking her for not being a “real women.” Because this is a nuanced discussion.
I think it should be a case by case basis when it comes to professional sports. I dont think this is as applicable in K-12.
I concede that some trans women have an unfair advantage in professional sports. But I still think its being reductive to the multiple factors at place such as how long they have been transitioning, when they started, their current hormone levels, whether they have undergone male puberty.
It really all depends on the trans women, where they started their transition, the sport, the degree of hormomes they have. Plenty of factors at play. Youre being reductive when you say that trans women have a MASSIVE advantage.
You said people should only play with other people who have the same chromosome type. And I didnt even bring up intersex people who make up 1-2% of the population. I dont think that sorting based on chromosomes is fair.
If you sincerely believe that people transition just to gain some imagined advantage in sports i dont know what to tell you.
Then you dont care about fairness in sports, you just want to exclude trans people.
It WOULD BE a performance enhancer for a cis women to take T to compete against other cis women.
It WOULD NOT be a performance enhancer for a trans man (on T) to compete against other men because they all have comparable levels of testosterone.
No ones frothing. Personally its a bit eye roll inducing, but nothing beyond that 😄
Do you think trans men should compete against cis-women?
I like the #nostur client’s implementation of the last seen feature

Thank you Mrs Hanes 🫡
Despite how much turmoil there is in the world I think there’s a lot of reasons to be optimistic. Not in a naive way but in a practical way, the world is rapidly improving and solving problems.
The community we have here in Nostr is a good example of this and I want to spread some pragmatic optimism 😊 So I’ll start today:
If you haven’t heard of it: The Ocean Cleanup project is crushing it and making significant progress on cleaning up garbage from our oceans.
Check it out: https://theoceancleanup.com/dashboard/
And new methods are being developed to extract microplastics from water! Microplastics were the turning point in the public consciousness to view this as an endemic issue and take action.
Nooooo, I think we should create water infrastructure for everyone. Bottled water is just a bandaid solution to the flaws of the distribution system in place.
Bottled water is unfortunately a necessary evil for distrubution of water in times of crisis or in areas with less accessible clean drinking water. Water should be a human right!! Water for all
Yooooo Ben Shapiro try to debate people other than college students challenge impossible 😎
I must have a strong echo chamber because I havnt seen people advocate for genocide on the timeline.
Processing in traditional recycling plants to reshape it into new plastic. Ofcourse this is not an ideal solution as you can only do it a few times I believe. (Citation needed)
Yo I didnt know that you could process it into oil :O i just learned that it is a byproduct of the oil industry which blew my mind
We need to regulate plastic asap. There are currentky thousands of different kinds in circulation, making it virtually impossible to process then all.
