Apparently now you aren’t allowed to take mascara on planes without them being in plastic bags… that’s a new one for me. Short story I lost all my mascara on my last flight cause I didn’t have time to go back through the scanner with the little bag of mascara. That’s my story lol

Absolutely. I think the difference is exactly that. Choice. Once you realize that choosing to spend time on social media is important, things change. Rather than relying on it for the dopamine, to combat boredom, etc., if you CHOOSE to use it and the content is useful and leads to interesting relationships, social can be productive, enjoyable and not necessarily addictive…
