There is an astounding difference. Nostr really does feel like the first years of the internet back on IRC. You might disagree on lots of things but there is some common ground.
It is clear to me that besides outright ban and shadow ban, X is feeding clearly divisive political conversations through implementation of bots commenting and using foul language to further the hate cycle that engages the user more while eroding the possibility of adult conversation.
