The IMF telling a smaller country not to to something is a perfect indicator that that something is good for its citizens
BIDEN: "We've given everything that we have."
"Are there any more resources the federal government could be giving them?"
BIDEN: "No."
Government treating illegals better than their own citizens in crisis. What a disgrace.

I lived through Hurricane Maria, a Category 5 hurricane that hit Puerto Rico in 2017. If there's one thing I learned, it's that the government will not help you when you need it most. Years after the hurricane, they found warehouses completely full of supplies that were never distributed because certain people wanted to make the people in power look bad. One thing was certain, the help most people received was from private citizens and people helping one another. There are so many good people out there. It's the light you will see in dark moments, like natural disasters.
Conservatives pointing out real injustices just to then fall for the immigrant scapegoat never ceases to disappoint me

Bicycle helmets, recommendations?
(may as well do a #poll for fun firstly lol: Do you wear a helmet when cycling?

Anyone got any go-to brands for reliability and durability?
I think some are a bit of a ripoff for average / commuter usage, the extra design, aero stuff etc. They all have to pass the same safety tests by law. (Countries do have different e parameters of having to pass.
But you do want some sort of build quality in certain parts, fastening parts and the plastic back bits and dials etc. But also aren't you meant to replace them every 3 years anyway?

Kendrick's new song inspires me to be better the same way bitcoin and nostr subcultures do. Fuck the noise. Fuck the parasites who leach off real people and the doomers who who are resigned to let it happen. Go off in your own direction and build the space for truth to thrive. Hopeful and militant, a tone most mainstream artists will only flirt with at most because they know it cuts through the facade that's been lining their pockets. We're all here to watch the Party die.
I am in your replies, reporting the r*ply g*y
Do you think there was a time before anything or was there always something?
The big one we already have in common is favoring spontaneity and emergent systems over top-down problem solving
A lot of people claiming to be redpilled reeeally care about the US election and eat the unsuing content like pigs at the trough
