Thats an interesting question to be made.

I live on Bitcoin since 2019, yet there are some expenses like electricity, water, state payments that require a bank account to deal with or a VISA that allows Service Payments.

Currently i don't see a Crypto Card that allows payments to be made directly. Only withdraw allowed.

We need more options on Crypto VISA, not only withdraw, to make that possible.

This is what I have to deal with it.
