I’m coming 🏃‍♂️

tri-tip roast, don’t think I cooked this cut before

should be good

It definitely should 💜🫂

Here you go teasing us meat eaters on here 😂

every time 😂😂

🤩

I’ll post another pic once it’s done and I cut it

Proof of steak!

Tri-tip?

yep, exactly

Nice.

I love tri-tip.

I am fortunate enough to have access to Red Oak and a Santa Maria style grill so that’s my usual method.

I Never cooked it in the oven but I am sure it will come out great.👍

My first time cooking this cut, I’ll report with the results

How does this look?

Look good. More important question though is how does it tastes

Tri-tip can be a little trick to cut because the grain typically runs in 2 different directions and it can be a bit tuff if you don’t cut against the grain.

Trying it now. Tastes good and it’s tender and juicy.

🤤

it’s for tomorrow’s lunch, but I’ll have to taste it once it’s done to make sure it’s not poisonous

Looks good enjoy

🙌🫂

What is your seasoning!? Looks great!

I just mixed some salt, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper and crushed red pepper

I am so doing this next steak day!!!

You’re going to have to post some pics then 🙌💜

💯

😍 I'm hungry.. Can I come?

Sure!! 🤗

🤗🤗🤗🫂🫂🫂

Brisket? What’s the cook time?

tri-tip untrimmed

It 3 pounds so a about 1h in total

I’ll check after 45/50 minutes to see how it looks, don’t want it to get too cooked and dry

Sounds nice 😊
