There is pretty warm right now. I quess night was +5 - +10 and today its rising somewhere close to +15 at some places.
Work is done and stopped for a sec to buy more bitcoin.
If you only store your own notes 1TB is more than enought.
Some storage is needed but not mutch.
Other use cases:

-Build website/learn/host locally
-Turn it into retro game emulator
