I got that. It sure can scale and will. Custodials will have their place but idk. Mayby different than now, atleast i hope that in future its cheap enought and acceptable for anyone to build and run their ln node securely so there would not be need for massive custodials for consumers or atleast everyone can have real possibility to choose.

I had my own ln node running but since running it cost more ( internet provider or hosting ) than i have monthly in ln, i dont see point.
But i hope most of custodials going away, and i will be part of helping when there is real use case for me or economical insentive.
Most important thing imo is you knowing risks, and when peoples onboard new plebs, they should always be pointing the risk.

Im not sure. If they mean buying internet stock (i can imagine there was that kindof scam) or if they mean buying .com stocks were most peoples lost life savings they are absolutely right 😄
