My favorite book is Wayne Dyer's translation of the Tao Te Ching (Change your thoughts-Change your life).
It shows that life can be really simple once you live according to the Tao. Taoism is something that has been around for over 2500 years. After the Bible, the Tao Te Ching is the most translated text. It has helped me get through a lot of though moments like: from a scary experience with psychedelics, to break ups etc.
Lao Tzu was a genius. Enjoy this read!
