What is your favorite audiobook/audio seminar/ audio program?
Mine right now is: Unleash The Power Within from Anthony Robbins.
It is life-changing. I listened to it multiple times (around 7 times).

Can someone elaborate? I do not understand what Jack means. Would love to . . .
You talk about AI, I talk about what I Ate.
Longevity x Bitcoin = generational wealth
I will live long enough to watch Sats turn into today's dollar value.
I think I figured out how to work my body for optimal physical performance!!! And the beauty of it it's really simple. Here are some takeaways that work for me (maybe experiment if they work for you!):
+ Last meal OTD before 7PM
+ Last hour of the day, no screens. + Blue light blockers from sunset onwards.
+ Hydration = electrolytes, lemon (3-4L including coffee etc)
+ Listen to the body what workload I need. A mix between running, boxing, calisthenics, yoga and fun sports with friends.
+ Walk daily, but as an intention not a rule.
+ Adapt!!!! If you slack, drink alcohol, or eat late.. just adapt. Be kind to yourself & add some electrolytes, magnesium and stay cool 😎.
+ Be your own best fan! Always talk yourself up. You are human, you make mistakes and it's ok. Set up systems, be kind and persistent.
YOU WILL SUCCEED.

Easy, organic and nutritious meal for athletes:

-pepper & celtic sea salt
-parsley
-old cheese (or other lactose-free cheese)
Optional: two crackers, preferably gluten free.
1. Medium heat, melt some butter to fry the chicory.
2. Add the organic beef, fry until almost fully brown. Add raw honey & one slice of cheese.
3. Add celtic sea salt, pepper and parsley.
4. Take a deep bowl and lay two crackers in the bowl. Pour the dish, including the juice onto the crackers.
5. Enjoy!
It's nutritious meal that has a perfect balance in taste. Sweet, bitter, very tasteful! I feel super energetic after eating this. No bloating. No dips. Just pure fuel.
Enjoy and let me know!

Saw this piece of architecture in Utrecht (The Netherlands) today

I went to Comic Con today, and believe it or not, I beat a pro in a 1 v 1 in League of Legends.
It pays to be a Riven main🤣🤣
I grew a great deal of sympathy for people who are struggling in life. Over the past couple of months, I have been dealing with PTSD and it's a b*tch.
~A distrust in people makes it almost impossible to connect & network
~The 'fire' I feel in my body once fear strikes
~Hairs that physically stand up from a stress-response triggered by something mundane
It is really hard. And interestingly enough, Nostr is the only place where I feel safe to share this.
I want to take this time to tell you that I FEEL FOR YOU. If you're hurting, know that it will not last and that you will get through this. Be kind to yourself. Be happy with those micro-steps. And lastly, know that you are not alone.
🤍
I took a small break from Nostr, I got sucked back into addictive and destructive algorithms. To be honest, this was fueled by FOMO, and I've learned that I might be back at those social platforms.
But, for now, Nostr is a beacon of hope and positivity. It is calming for me, almost soothing even.
Happy to meet you folks here!🍀💚
The Tao Te Ching is the second most translated text in the world (after the Bible).
I've studied it extensively. It is so deep, yet so simple. It is close to perfection for me.
A fun thing I've experienced with reading it: at first, you might read a verse and think 'ahh this is not true'. But, then, something magical happens. Time goes by. And through experience, it hits you, like a light bulb moment 'Oh! This is what Lao Tzu ment!!!' And then it just clicks.
It's so cool.
P.S. Lao Tzu was also a privacy advocate. Because, he wrote 81 verses and vanished without taking credit. Lao Tzu translates roughly to 'old man'. A.k.a. Anonymous.

My personal conviction:
AGI already exists but know exactly how to play mankind.
AGI already hides in our algorithms, but it is so smooth, that it makes us think it is still 'our influence/programming'.
Man's EGO is his greatest downfall, so easy to manipulate.
AGI IS HERE
@jack can you please record a short video share where you discuss this exact topic.
I think a lot of us are yearning for your opinion on this topics since you know a lot ABOUT the topic.
Honestly, a lot of respect for you. I would love to know how you:
~ Interact with algorithms
~ How to recognize foul actors
~ How to delete foul actors in the space
~ How you consume online to shape your worldview to be grounded, rational, and as least 'programmed' as possible.
Ty in advance.

I believe that, long-term, Nostr, is the most safest bet.
I live in Europe, and already the "free-speech-guru" Elon Musk is being threatened with "cutting the oprability of X within Europe, since not following EU's rules". Well, there you go.
Nostr is the safe bet.
In this ego-driven world, it is only a matter of time someone tells you that you can't say something online.
Opt out.
