I was just saying this to a friend and fellow Nostrich over lunch yesterday. We fortunately/unfortunately live in a small town with NO dining options.
Sometimes it sucks but most of the time it just allows me to make memories with my family in the kitchen and of course: stack more sats with the savings.
My daughter continues to crush it in the kitchen. She’s writing out the recipe and I’ll upload it to nostr.cooking when she’s done. Roasted Cauliflower Potatoes and ChickPeas.
There is literally nothing better than a delicious meal waiting for you when you get home. She’s a junior stacker so feel free to send her some love.
