Have you ever stopped and pondered how insane #utf8 is and marveled at just how many different parsers and renderers there are for that madness?

Is #glusterfs still used anywhere? 10 years ago, it was a big deal.
Obviously, this fancy totally automated #Ansible AWX #GitOps playbook works because of #cowsay.

I want to see some tech articles with headlines like "It's a bad day for proprietary software in the enterprise world" over this.
Is #Google OK?
"Weβre writing to let you know that weβve identified certain projects that were billed for an extended time post deletion during Q1 2023...
To avoid unexpected charges, disable billing before shutting down the project."
I've been enjoying watching how #Rancher has gotten some of my coworkers excited to do #Kubernetes, who were very resistant to it for years.
You ever read software documentation and see something that's just a one-liner, by-the-way sentence, and it causes you to stop and stare at it for a while:
"Waypipe does not work between computers that use different byte orders."
I miss Pepsi 1893.
nostr:npub15x9q46k9g3nmkl74u8jvc55dtwy6zx4fqzzzydehscvnwrqn0s0sf2eg0d I maintain it at home and at work and all I can say is that all enterprise software is buggy and Nextcloud is by far not the worst for that kind of stuff. Not everything in the github nextcloud org is maintained by the company, but this one seems to be. Nextcloud Social was my introduction to the Fediverse many years ago, so I personally welcome its return to the stack.
