Reteta LIUTIKA Bulgareasca ( Zacuska )

2 kg Rosii razuite si fierte ( sa scada zeama ) ;

2 kg ardei capia rosu copt ( fara seminte si coaja ) se toaca la mana marunt , se adauga peste rosiile deja fierte .

Se lasa la fiert impreuna 10 min .

Apoi se adauga si se mai fierbe putin -10 min

100 ml Ulei de Floarea soarelui

100 grame zahar

50 grame Otet 9grade

Sare - dupa gust

Patrunjel verde tocat - dupa gust

Toate ingredientele se amesteca .

Se pune din amestec in borcane asa fierbinte , si se intorc borcanele cu capacul in jos.

Se acopera cu o patura ca sa se sterilizeze mai bine
