Everyone deposits #bitcoin but most people will end up with what they call a #cowboy #credit. Because who wants clunky old #p2p #sats, right? Toooo complicated.

When a #stacker builds enough #trust on the "very ellegantly designed" #algo "web of trust", they get moved toward the top of a list and earn more cowboy credits, yay!!

People who have been around the longest, tend to get boosted way faster! Good to be early, amiright🥳

There are a total of 2, yeah 2, developers (that are "visible" anyways🤷‍♂️) that write and rewrite the rules, "only when absolutely needed" of course.

In it's current form, #stacker #news is more similar to a #ponzi #fiat #game than a Bitcoin #app, ie #nostr apps

They tell me it is #opensource. It has beautiful front end. But the back end... Well... It needs some work. And #butts are back in style. This isn't the 90's.

Maybe a #developer here wants to make a better one?

I asked the developers to change. They seem uninterested. They say they are working "toward more decentralization".We will see. I will be happily spending more time on nostr with you all.

Remember, your sats are VALUE-able. And humans have to tug on all the strings they see, even when they are well intentioned. We just can't help it.
