I am trying to bulk up another 10-15 lbs in the new year after a short break over holidays and will cut again in spring/ summer

Leg day, back day, chest day…Used to take whey protein isolate at least 30 min after the work out, but now just drink whole milk…Play footy 3-4 times a week

Also carnivore diet (but cheat occasionally)

Never tried as it seems too restrictive to me but how has carn worked out for you? How long?

Lost 10 lbs of fluffy on it, been doing it for 3 or so months

I try for 4 days

I do 5x5 Monday, Wednesday, Friday. There's two workouts. A: squat, bench press, pendlay rows. B: squat, overhead press, deadlift. You alternate workouts every time. Do 5 sets of 5 reps for all exercises except deadlift, only 1 set of 5 for deadlift. If you complete the 5x5 set, next workout you add 5 lbs.

The other days I make sure to walk 3 miles.

I take protein shake; ice, small amount of water, protein powder, and raw milk; after every workout and use it for lunch replacement on weekends.

Carnivore diet all the way for meals. I skip breakfast and eat 2 meals per day.

The only other supplement I take is creatine monohydrate. 5 grams per day.
